It begins with a collaborative effort, we define the roadmap and outline next steps in a project kick-off meeting. This include completing a pre-discovery questionnaire, confirming eWorkplace Apps features exist in Acumatica licenses, and system preparation. We establish a sandbox environment to prepare the sample master data to ensure the availability of eWorkplace Apps features in Acumatica with licenses.

At this stage, we conduct discovery assessment meetings to gather operational and challenges details. We closely review and assess the customer’s existing operations for better system implementation. We configure vanilla system with sample data and demonstrate the capabilities in initial sessions. We identify the gaps based on prototype sessions for solution to fit into the system.

Build & Execution

Build & Execution

At this stage, we tailor the system based on the specific requirements of the customer. Our dedicated team execute the complete system configuration and conduct the super user training and conference room pilot sessions with user acceptance testing. This ensures seamless system integration with the existing process. Our solutions are highly customizable and we implement customizations (if required) at this phase.

Stabilization & Go-Live Support

We'll deliberately migrate and upload all the essential data, ensuring a smooth transition from the old system to the new one. To make the project go live, we will officially launch the system for production use, marking the pinnacle of the implementation process.

Post Go-Live Support

Post Go-Live Support

Our commitment to your project extends beyond its completion. Our dedicated team provides prompt remote post-go-live support for 3 to 5 weeks to assist with any technical issues and address support requests, ensuring continuity of assistance beyond the implementation phase. Lastly, project closure is executed by completing the remaining documentation procedures.
